This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We may collect the following types of personal information:
- Personal identifiable information: including but not limited to your name, contact information (address, phone number, email address), date of birth and payment information.
- Health information: such as medical history, fitness goals and any other information necessary for your safety during fitness activities.
- Website usage information: when you visit our website, we may collect data on your browsing behaviour, such as IP addresses, cookies and other analytics tools.

- To provide our fitness services and products to you.
- To communicate with you about your fitness goals, appointments and updates.
- To improve our services and customize your experience.
- To process payments and fulfill orders.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

Cancellation and refund policy
To cancel a class reservation, cancel at least 12 hours before class begins. All cancellations must be made through your online account and can't be made over the phone or by email. Your class is returned as a credit on your account for your next session.
If you don't cancel at least 12 hours before the start time, or you miss the class, a class is removed from your package as if you attended. For monthly memberships, a $20 fee is charged to your account.
For personal training, we require 24 hours' notice for all appointment and consultation cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged as if you attended. Missed or late cancelled consultations result in a $30 charge to the credit card on file.
We don't offer refunds. We're happy to offer account credit or an exchange in studio. Class passes are not transferable or refundable.

Auto-renew cancellation policy
Cancelling a membership requires 30 days' written notice to west85th@rumbleboxing.com. Payments falling within that window are charged as usual. Memberships can't be put on hold within the first 3 months and are not transferable or refundable.
Free first trial class policy
Rumble Boxing West 85th offers a free trial class to local Calgary residents only. If you've used a free trial class at another Canadian Rumble studio, you're not eligible for a second one unless approved by Rumble West 85th management.
